Intralesional Bleomycin Sclerotherapy of Lymphangiomas in Children: Our Initial Experience

Objective − We report our initial experience with intralesional bleomycin sclerotherapy of macrocystic lymphangiomas in three pediatric patients.Case Reports Case 1. A 3.5-month-old male child presented to institution a radiologically verified lymphangioma the left thoracoabdominal region. After 2 cycles complete regression tumefact was achieved. 2. 23-month-old confirmed sternal In total, he underwent 6 about 7 months. At first there no response therapy, but after last cycle, end result excellent. 3. 2-month-old axillary He 4 The excellent - tumefact.Conclusion – all cases, successful alone and showed very good results. There were serious side effects any cases. Therefore, is safe alternative surgical treatment population.
